Lasagna Napoletana | Sandford on Thames Market

We had some great feedback from one of our customers at the weekend who bought one of our seasonal specials at Sandford – Lasagna alla Napoletana. Based on a recipe from Naples the lasagna is made with herbed pork-meatballs, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and mozzeralla all in a light ragu sauce. It is one of our favourites and perfect for the spring weather…

I had to write to you straight away to say that it was one of the most fantastic meals I have ever had.
