Windrush Valley Goat Farm

An added benefit of attending the Wolvercote Farmers Market at the weekend was meeting Richard from Windrush Valley Goat Dairy (their website is nearly ready but ‘google’ them and there is lots to read!). Having tried some their amazing goats cheese we could not resist and brought some home!

We used the Goats cheese on some great pizza’s that we made with the children. We used our Arrabbiata Affumicata as the tomato topping (the warm smokey flavour gives a little of the illusion of a wood pizza oven even in our kitchen oven!) along with some of the great goats cheese and some sweet San Daniele ham. It was delicious and we will definately be stocking up on Richard’s goats cheese next time we see him.
