We have learnt a lot a since we started the CiCi CoCo Kitchen. We have won a few awards, been voted the Best Independent Producer in the Muddy Stiletto Awards, appeared on TV and been stocked in Selfridges. Most recently we were on Countryfile with our heritage pasta but, most importantly, we have met lots of fabulous producers and had the opportunity to create some amazing food.

With this in mind we started the CiCi CoCo Cookery School to share some of what we have found and learnt. will introduce you to some of the great local products and producers we use, some of the skills we have learnt along the way, show people how to make some of the great dishes we have developed inspired by the regional cuisines of Italy.
