In Italy the children eat the same as the adults… one of the things we know is that our kids love lasagna, bolognese sauce and pasta. They quite often share a single portion of lasagna so supper or we add a couple of spoons of bolognese sauce to pasta to make a very quick meal for them.

Our friends do the same so we are thinking about packaging up smaller portions of the sauce and pasta for children. Using same philosophy as the CiCi CoCo Kitchen we are thinking of branding this ‘CiCi CoCo Bambini.’

Our research seems to indicate the best way to do this will be by vacuum packing the products into single servings…
