Regional Tuscan Cookery Course / 8th Feb, 2014

We are looking forward to our cookery course this weekend at the beautiful Tyringham Hall. Tyringham Hall is a private manor house in our village, Cuddington in Buckinghamshire. The cookery course takes places in the kitchens and then we will be eating the product of our labour in the dining room (in the Summer we will be able to visit the gardens)…

We will be next at Tyringham Hall on the 29th March for our Quattro Pasta Making Cookery Course, lots of delicious sauces and pasta. In between we will be visiting Dadbrook Gallery again and then back to the CiCi CoCo Kitchen…

Our Village Christmas Fair | 17th Nov

Christmas is approaching fast and the Cuddington Christmas Fair takes places tomorrow in the beautiful Bernard Hall in Cuddington. We will be taking along our Christmas Boxes of Caponata and our Boxed pack of Tomato Sauces…a  perfect gift for Christmas – local and tasty. We hope to see you there 2-4pm.

____ In May this year the TV cameras came to Cuddington, Buckinghamshire to film CiCi CoCo in their kitchen for a new SKY Living programme called ‘Cooks to Market’

____ The CiCi-CoCo Kitchen is an award wining artisan food company, the  business has been slowly growing over the last 18 months and when the opportunity to appear on the TV programme presented itself Simon and Giuliana grabbed the opportunity.

____ Each programme in the series follows to progress of two couples as they develop, cook and sell their products at market. The couple that sell and make the most profit on market day then get to pitch their products to a panel of buyers from the industry.

____ Simon and Giuliana presented their speciality Lasagna to the programme hosts and mentors Gizzi Erskine, celebrity chef and writer, and James Averdieck the founder of Gu Chocolate puddings.

Cuddington & Dinton Village Ball

This weekend sees the Cuddington & Dinton Village Ball, arranged by hard working parents from the Cuddington & Dinton C&E School. CiCi CoCo have done a little (very small in comparison to the effort of the team arranging the ball ) to show our support and of course we will be going along to enjoy the fin. If you can find our table and answer the question on the table stand then lasagna is yours!!

The Claytons | Pork & Ginger

In our Village of Cuddington Ben and Karen Clayton raise and sell rare breed Oxford & Sandy Black pigs under the great name of Pork & Ginger. We use the pork once a year to make our special ‘Cuddington Fete’ Lasagna Napoletana which we sell from a stall outside our house during the fete day. If you ever get then chance come along to the fetem it is one of the best around. In 2012 it is on 14th July.

Ben also makes some fantasic pork pies and sausages which are a real treat!
