____ After a lots of discussion in the village pub our friend Dave offered to take us shooting to bag some rabbits so we could continue our search for the perfect rabbit lasagna recipe. Early today along with another friend Nick we set out in search for the elusive rabbits. Despite three guns and lots of shouting we managed to bag exactly nothing… we are going to work on a lasagna based on a recipe from Lombardia today that only involves vegetables. Vegetables it seems are significantly easier to come by…

___ The campaign has begun, the first samples are made and are out there. We are grateful to some of our friends; Fred & Katie, Nick & Rebecca, Richard & Caroline who have the lasagnas in their fridges and will be tasting them over the next few days. We are making more and will be getting more samples out there over the next week or so. We are still looking for a the best suppliers which is proving a task – amazingly the cold weather means that there seems to be a shortage of rabbits…

La campagna e’ iniziata: i primi campioni di lasagne sono stati prodotti e distribuiti. Siamo molto riconoscenti con i nostri amici: Fred e Katie, Nick e Rebecca, Richard e Caroline che hanno le lasagne nel frigorifero e le proveranno nei prossimi giorni. Faremo altri campioni che distribuiremo nel corso delle prossine settimane. Al momento siamo alla ricerca dei migliori fornitori locali per e il compito si sta rivelando abbastanza difficile… sorprendentemente sembra che le basse temperature abbiano portato a una scarsita’ di conigli…
