The ‘Full Range’

Last week we completed the task of cooking the full range for the first time… we now have ‘ambient’ products (ones that have longer shelf lives and don’t need to be chilled) as well as our range of chilled lasagna. We are having a series of meeting to expand our distribution so there are some very lucky people out there working their way though a feast of award winning food! Hopefully the feedback will be good and it will be that little bit easier to find our food.

The full range now includes our tomato sauces all made from fresh tomatoes. We taste each batch and give them a sweetness rating, on each jar you will find the variety of the tomato and the sweetness of the sauce.
They include:
__ Arrabbiata Affumicata : A classic with a twist. Sweet English tomatoes, Posillo chilli & smoked garlic give give this sauce a warm and smokey finish.
__ Sugo Classico al Basilico : Classic English Tomato & Basil pasta sauce.
__ Sugo Di Zucchini : Fresh Pasta sauce made with English tomatoes,  courgettes, capers, chilli & mint.
